Collingwood Real Estate
The community of Collingwood is tucked neatly into the inner suburbs of the north-western quadrant of Calgary and is often lumped together with Brentwood and Charleswood to be deemed the “Triwood” area of the city, although it is a neighborhood in its own right. Collingwood was established in 1959 after the land on which it sits was integrated into the city in 1910. The community is bounded by Northmount Drive to the east, 14th Street to the east, John Laurie Boulevard to the north and Confederation Park to the south. Collingwood has its own established community association which it shares with Charleswood and Brentwood, and is represented in the Calgary City Council by Ward 7.
