Second Gas Leak in 2 days. Bankview Residents forced to evacuate by Carlos Montes June 3, 2010
Posted by Carlos Montes on Thursday, June 3rd, 2010 at 3:45pm.Unbelievably we have our second gas leak in the city in 2 days. Another gas line puncture forced residents of Bankview to clear out a 2 block radius.
A whopping 870 buildings were without service at their homes. Residents were finally permitted to re-enter their homes around 11:30 am this morning.
The Calgary Fire Department and Atco reps will me to discuss concerns.
