SNOW??? I really wasn’t ready. On the weekend we were in Red Deer visiting my sweet and adorable brand new nephew, and on the way home we went through a pretty intense little snow storm. Then we hit Airdrie and the road was totally dry. So I wasn’t expecting to walk out of the condo with my puppy in the morning to SNOW. But it really is beautiful isn’t it? Just cold enough so your cheeks are rosy and it doesn’t last long! I am looking forward to the Halloween weekend and giving out candy at my in laws house to all the little ghosts and goblins! :)

What a busy week I have had, lots of active buyers that have finally found that home they were looking for and with the rates that they are getting who can blame them? 3.49% on an active deal or 3.59% on a 120 rate hold for those who still are not quite ready.

We have excellent options for clients with no down payments and reasonable rates. Free downpayment mortgage available at 5.29% for a 5 year fixed. We would be happy to send you more info or answer any questions. This is an excellent product for people who have not yet saved that 5% down payment.
